* KIDS DRAMA runs during school terms and costs $8 per child or $60 per term. Class suits children aged 6 to 12 years. Class is 90 minutes in duration. Holiday programmes may be offered between terms so please contact the gym for details.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BOX'N'BURN - An awesome fitness class! Includes boxing drills with gloves and focus pads alternated with cardio, abdominal exercises and strength work. A high intensity class!
BOXING TRAINING - Traditional boxing training incorporating skipping, footwork, bag work and pad work.
CARDIO TONE - A combination of traditional aerobics and weights. This class concentrates on developing cardiovascular fitness, core stability and strength. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
FAT BURNER - Class alternates week about between a mini-lactic circuit and more traditional aerobics.This class is fantastic for fat burning and shaping! Designed to increase cardio vascular fitness and burn calories and strengthen and tone those flabby areas! Suitable for all fitness levels.
KIDS DRAMA - 90 minutes of fun! Games, Role Playing and Performance activities designed to develop dramatic potential.
LACTIC CIRCUIT - 90 minutes of ultra high intensity circuit using Tabata style intervals (20 seconds of exercise / 10 seconds rest) for 12 rounds per exercise. The ultimate way to increase fitness and endurance. (NB: modifications are available for beginners.)
LADIES EXERCISE - A 45 minute gentle exercise class tailored for our senior ladies. This class focuses on falls prevention, maintaining mobility and flexibility and increasing bone density to reduce the risk of ostoeporosis. Reduces some of the effects of ageing through improving fitness, strength, joint mobility and stability.
LOWER BODY BLITZ - Focuses on those problem areas! Tone, shape, strengthen and stretch the lower body. This class mixes yoga with pilates, fitball, weights and stretching bands. The old fashioned "tum,bum and thigh" revamped for the 21st century!
PILATES - 45 minutes of matwork exercises focusing on development and strengthening of core, back and abdominal muscles as well as joint mobility and stabilisation.
POWER YOGA - A high intensity sequence of flowing yoga poses, combined with breathing and relaxation techniques, designed to develop flexibility, stability, strength and muscular endurance.
STEP AEROBICS - A traditional step class which incorporates aerobics type moves while stepping up and down on a step platform. A great cardiovascular class.
TAI CHI - The gentle martial art! A flowing form of movement which develops balance and coordination and reduces stress. A 60 minute class.
MENS EXERCISE - 45 minutes of joke telling, laughter and exercise for our senior men! Known as the 'Walruses' this class promotes friendship and humour while improving fitness, strength, joint mobility and stability.
YOGA-PILATES - A combination of Yoga stretches, Pilates matwork exercises and relaxation for a balanced mind body experience.
CLASSES ARE 55 MINUTES UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE.
ALL CLASSES ARE COVERED BY MEMBERSHIP EXCEPT ZUMBA AND DRAMA.
